Our Cherry Tree Out Front...

We have a big Cherry Tree out in the front of our house. And in the

spring time it's full of soft white and pinkish blooms. Usually it starts

with just one or two blossoms, and then all the sudden, one day you

notice it's covered. Then as a couple of weeks go by if the wind picks

up it seems as if it's raining blossoms and before you know it the whole

walkway is covered with them. And from then up until late fall it's decked

out in greens.

I love that tree.

Reality Hits

Well, I'm back from my fun spur-of-the-moment trip to San Diego. Actually, I've already been home a week and a half. Reality hits hard when you come home after being gone for a week. It's taken almost this long to get back into the swing of things. And I still don't have the grocery situation sorted out fully.

The kids went back to school from their Spring Break last Monday. So now it's back to making lunches, and homework and bedtimes and other school related stuff. At least the weather is getting nicer.

Then yesterday I went and got my hair done. Seems like something that small wouldn't be a big deal, but I feel so much better. Makes Reality easier. Nothing like a good hair-do to help you face the world again. It's funny what a little hair color will do.
