Sit'n with Sky...

Recently a little friend has come over to stay a few days a week at our house. He comes just to sort of hang out. He eats some. Sleeps some.

And when the other kids get home from school he likes to watch all that's

going on with them. Of course he likes Bens video games. He doesn't say

all that much, but I think I know what he'd say if he could...he's only 4

months old. I think he'd say I'm glad were friends. Instead he just smiles

or cries or looks at me.

New Directions

Well, here we are in February of 2008. And it's already been a different kind of year. We've been working on the new addition to the house in case
we are ultimately faced with David having to go on medical disability because of his chronic health issues.
So far in the first part of this month we are being forced down that path.
And because of that we have decided that David will take some time off and be on short-term disability, which can go up to three months. In that time he's going to focus on building his stamina and over all health. There isn't a whole lot of exercising that he can do, but he can do some walking.
The extra space on the garage is for his projects. So that he can still provide for us with some extra income.
It's going to be a different path than we have ever gone down before.
